Romanian shall be the language to be applied. For international customers we accept online payments by Visa and Master card cards. The information about the order will be checked immediately and will be confirmed by a special number code or your e-mail address.

Payment

All goods and services presented at www.email-packs.com are paid by VISA/MC cards through ECENTRU-COM S.A. (address: 40 S. Lazo str., Chisinau , Moldova ) via secure URL (https://secure.e-centru.com).

Credit card refund policy

The client may download the ordered product Email-Packs within 72 hours. If the client did not download the software within this time span the online shop would return him money back. For that, the client must provide the client support service with the product code and his name.

The online shop guarantees 100% refund in case of download problems.

If the client is not satisfied with the product he may report this issue to support@email-packs.com.
